We carry out repairs straight away, including at the height of the season, and also repair units from other manufacturers.

We adapt payment to the way you buy: leasing for businesses, 0% instalments (up to 20), and a 0% VAT intra-Community supply (WDT) invoice for EU buyers; UK buyers receive an export invoice at 0% Polish VAT, with import VAT and any duty payable in the UK. The dimensions and construction are the same. The difference is in the graphics and where each works best: Kredki has a single coherent art theme and looks better in a nursery, play centre or workshop, while Kolorowy is multicoloured with more of a funfair feel. The choice depends on the setting the castle needs to match.

Is this unit suitable for a nursery group?

Yes, provided the supervision and capacity rules set out in the operating manual and confirmed with your order are followed. The netted walls give a view of the whole interior from outside, so the supervisor stays in control without going inside.

Will we receive the documents needed for a purchase by a school or nursery?

Yes. Every unit comes with a certificate and documentation. If a school or nursery needs additional paperwork for its procurement procedure, tell us when ordering and we will prepare the full set.

Can Kredki be ordered with the nursery's name on the wall?

Yes, we have our own design department. We add the name of the setting, a logo or a mascot to the crayon theme. The print is double-laminated, so the lettering will not wash off or crack at the folds.

What if the children wear through the netting during the year?

We replace netting and weld damage in our service department, both under warranty and after it. We take the unit in during the season so it is not out of action until the summer holidays.
