This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by the amar-group.eu website, operated by AMAR GROUP Sp. z o.o., registered office in Sieraków Śląski (ul. Lubliniecka 1, 42-793 Ciasna, Poland, KRS 0000646490). It supplements the Privacy policy, where you will find full information on the processing of personal data and your rights.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser while you use a website. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. They allow the website to remember your choices and run securely, and allow us to see how it is used and measure the effectiveness of adverts.
2. When we need your consent
In accordance with Article 399 of the ustawa z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Polish Electronic Communications Law Act of 12 July 2024), we set cookies necessary for the website to work and to provide the service you request without consent. We set statistics and marketing cookies only after you give consent in the banner. Until then, Google tools run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): they do not set cookies, and the signals sent contain no user identifiers.
You can give consent for selected categories, refuse it or change your settings at any time using the cookie settings icon on the page or the “Cookie settings” link. We keep your choices for 180 days, after which we will ask again.

4. Content embedded from other services
On the Contact page we display a Google map, and we use Google Fonts to display text. When these load, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Once you click the map or go to Google Maps, Google's rules apply: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
Regardless of the banner, you can delete stored cookies and block them in your browser settings. Instructions are available in your browser's help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Opera). Blocking necessary cookies may stop some website features, such as the contact form, from working properly.
6. Who receives data from cookies
Data from statistics and marketing cookies is received by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may be transferred to companies in these groups in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details are available in the Privacy policy and at:
