AMAR Group has manufactured commercial inflatables in Sieraków Śląski, southern Poland, since 2011. We build bouncy castles, inflatable slides, water slides, obstacle courses, ball pits, indoor play centres, inflatable games, tents, projection screens and branded units, and we sell directly to businesses in the United Kingdom: hire companies, event agencies, holiday parks, family entertainment centres, hotels, schools and local authorities.

Buying from the factory means you deal with the people who cut, weld and stitch the unit. You can agree dimensions, colours, artwork and anchor points before production starts, and you get documentation that matches the unit you receive.

Materials and safety documentation

Our inflatables are made from German and Spanish PVC-coated fabric of 650–680 g/m², with reinforced seams at high-load points and anchor points sized for the unit. Each unit is designed and manufactured in line with EN 14960, the European standard for inflatable play equipment that is also used in the UK.

Most UK operators have a new unit tested under the PIPA or ADIPS inspection scheme before it goes into service. We supply the technical data and EN 14960 documentation for each unit, including dimensions, blower specification and anchoring requirements, so your inspector has the manufacturer's information to hand. Ask us which blower plug is supplied, as UK sites normally run on BS 1363 sockets.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland with our own transport or through a freight partner, depending on the size of the order and the destination. Lead times depend on the model, any custom artwork and the current production schedule, so they are agreed individually and confirmed in writing with your quotation.

Each unit ships with its blower, transport mat, straps and a set of anchor ropes, packed for loading straight onto a van or trailer.

VAT, customs and payment

Since Brexit, Great Britain is treated as a destination outside the EU. Deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales are invoiced as exports at 0% Polish VAT; import VAT and any customs duty are settled in the UK when the goods are cleared, usually through your courier or customs broker. We provide the commercial invoice and export documents needed for clearance.

Northern Ireland follows EU rules for goods. Businesses there with a valid XI VAT number can be invoiced as an intra-EU supply at 0% VAT, and the same applies to buyers in the Republic of Ireland with a valid EU VAT ID.

Leasing is available through our finance partners. Eligibility for UK-registered companies is assessed case by case, so ask about it when you request a quote.

Warranty and service

Every unit carries a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. A named account manager handles your order from design to after-sales, and we carry out repairs and refurbishment at the factory. Spare parts, replacement panels and blowers can be ordered for units already in your fleet.

What sells best in the UK market

The outdoor hire season runs roughly from April to September, with peaks at Easter, the May bank holidays and the school summer holidays, when fetes, fun days, festivals and corporate family days fill the calendar. Hire companies usually build their fleet around:

• Bouncy castles and castle-slide combos for children's parties and garden hire, the core of most hire businesses.
• Inflatable slides and obstacle courses for school fun days, festivals and council events.
• Inflatable games such as gladiator duel, bungee run, sumo suits and football darts for corporate team building, weddings and adult parties.
• Indoor inflatable play centres and ball pits for soft play venues, leisure centres and winter hire, when rain and short days move events indoors.
• Eurobungee and mechanical rides for holiday parks, seaside resorts and shopping centres.

Water slides are a smaller but profitable line in the UK, booked mainly during warm spells in June, July and August, so most operators add them once the dry fleet is established.

Branded and custom inflatables

We print logos and artwork on bouncy castles, slides, arches, tents and games, and we build units to your own drawings. Brands and agencies use them for sampling tours, sports events and product launches, while hire companies use custom themes to stand out in local search results.
